For the beam stability we have made some mechanical improvements at NSRRC. It included the improvement of monitoring system, deformation of girder and chamber deformation. The mechanical stability was pushed to about 0.1µm order. In this paper we present the experimental study, measurement set up and improvement methods in improving mechanical stability
