Tolerances and the interaction of parts play a large role in the micro design process. The downsteam processes, e.g. production also play a major role. The main processes that have to be taken into consideration are because of the basic material used, circonium dioxide, design and production of the cavity, injection molding and sintering, decollating, quality assurance and at last the assembly of the different parts.
