Survey design and recruitment collaborators: An extraordinary amount of time, energy and dedication was committed by the 105 agencies who collaborated on Bass Line 2008-09, and for this we owe them a huge debt of thanks. They include agencies who suggested content for the survey, requested booklets for local distribution, and those that promoted the survey via their websites or email contacts, or distributed posters and cards promoting the survey in community settings.
