Abstract:- An anemometric measuring probe has been designed. The probe is composed of 4 temperature sensors. Each sensor contains 9 NMOS transistors. The transistors work in the mode of strong inversion (overthreshold area). Pair temperature sensors are mutually turned by 90º. Each pair measures the difference of temperatures given by flow velocity in specified direction. The resulting direction of flow is calculated from the data of perpendicular pair sensors using goniometric functions. The differential temperatures are represented by differential output voltage from the sensors processed by differential amplifiers. The computation of angles is performed in digital part.
