This TMDL report was developed based on the Pollutant Load Reduction Goal (PLRG) for seagrass restoration in the Indian River Lagoon (IRL) and Banana River Lagoon, created by the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD), and the Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for the Northern and Central IRL and Banana River Lagoon, developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
