Abstarct: The aim of this investigation is to follow (during and before the month of Ramadan fasting) the evolution of some parameters anthropometric and biochemical in men and the women suffering from the diabetes of the type 2, old from 45 to 55 years and treaties with oral antidiabetics constituted of a mixture (Biguanides and Sulphamides). 84 patients of which (42 men and 42 women) were followed during two experimental periods: the 5 week before Ramadan (P1) and the 3rd week of fasting (P2).
