Some recent trials of gyro-moment motors including their application to amusement-toys are dealt with herein. The contents are as follows: (1) Research motivation caused by our meeting with the gyro-moment motors, (2) Its operation principle considering similarly operation of a rattle-back toy and a gyro-sensor, (3) Some prototype gyro-moment motors of disk-type, bar-type, top-type, ring-type etc., (4) Concrete application of gyro-moment motors to amusement-toys, paying attention to their interesting movement of rotation
