The Human Extracellular Matrix and Adhesion Molecules RT2 Profiler PCR Array profiles the expression of 84 genes important for cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. This array contains extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins including basement membrane constituents, collagens, and genes playing a role in ECM structure. Proteases involved in remodeling of the ECM are included as well as their inhibitors.
