Online patient opinions are a very important instrument for the effective evaluation of local hospitals, hospices and men-tal health services but the distillation of knowledge from this unstructured information remains a difficult and com-plex task. Within this paper we aim to effectively mine and analyze this social information to make a comprehensive and dynamic evaluation of the UK National Health Service. To this end we use Sentic Computing, a new opinion mining and sentiment analysis paradigm which exploits AI and Se-mantic Web techniques to better recognize, interpret and process opinions and sentiments in natural language text
