Abstract—In this paper, we propose a new adaptive algorithm for generalized eigen-decomposition problems which plays very important roles in signal processing for wireless communication. We apply the algorithm to solve the problem of co-channel interference cancellation in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) communication system with virtual carriers. Finally, the simulations are performed to show that the proposed algorithm has a good performance in solving the problem of co-channel interference cancellation in the OFDM communication systems.
