In this study, the fracture behavior of a shock absorber piston produced by means of powder metallurgy method was investigated as experimental and numerical. In the experimental study, specimens prepared from piston materials were used in experiments such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), hardness, tensile, microstructure. In the numerical analysis, a stress analysis was carried out by finite element method for the determination of stresses and displacements region on the piston
