Analyze the impact of pregnancy on maternal health, IBD disease activity and coincidental liver disease. 3. Evaluate specific risks related to endoscopy and sedation during pregnancy. 4. Identify specific indications and contraindications for endoscopy during pregnancy. 5. Recognize potential catastrophic liver diseases associated with pregnancy. 6. Approach a planned pregnancy in the post-liver transplant recipient
