The attached District Customer Survey report describes findings from the administration of the Twelfth Annual Customer Survey in Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) during the 2005-06 school year. The survey was administered to all District full-time instructional staff, students in grades 3 through 12, and a sample of parents. Results revealed that 80.1 % of BCPS teachers, 63.4 % of students, and 87.6% of parents rated their schools with an “A ” or “B ” grade, and over 80 % of each of the respondent groups gave schools a grade of “C ” or better.
