The reported incidence of osteosarcoma of the foot is very low. Osteosarcoma of the talus is extremely rare and few cases have been reported in the literature. The clinical findings are not typical, and osteosarco-ma of the talus can be easily misdiagnosed, resulting in a delay in proper treatment.
