Abstract. We study conformally flat Lorentzian three-manifolds which are either semi-symmetric or pseudo-symmetric. Their complete classification is obtained under hypotheses of local homogeneity and curvature homogeneity. Moreover, examples which are not curvature homogeneous are described. 1
