Commission to: • review regulatory impact statements and assessments of the economic impact of significant new legislation; • undertake inquiries into matters referred to it by government; and • improve the awareness of, and compliance with, competitive neutrality. The Commission must be as efficient as possible, and provide analysis and advice that is independent and rigorous, and reflects an overarching concern for the well-being of the communit
