ABSTRACT The psychobiological basis of reactive aggression, a con-dition characterized by uncontrolled outbursts of socially violent behav-ior, is unclear. Nonetheless, several theoretical models have been proposed that may have complementary views about the psychobiolog-ical mechanisms involved.
