The City of Oxnard Planning Division has reviewed an application on the following proposed project: Planning and Zoning Permit No. PZ #07-200-09 (Development Design Review Permit). Proposal is for an approximately 10.32 acre site in the RSCCSP. Development is proposed for approximately 7.03 acres of the site, with approximately 3.29 acres remaining vacant.
