Adakitic-like rocks are andesitic to dacitic hydrous magmas that exhibit fractionated REE patterns (high La/Yb) consistent with gamet involvement as weil as evidence for Jack of plagioclase in the residual assemblage (high Sr, no Eu anomaly).
