Abstract A spectral confocal microscope, “Nanofinder ®”, especially designed for simultaneous high spatial resolution and sensitivity is presented. Multiple set of operation modes as well as options and sophisticated 3D-software make this device an universal and perspective tool for wide range of material analysis at scales well below 1 µm. 1
