Impacts of the New civil Procedure Code on Admissibility of Resources

The new Civil Procedure Code introduces several changes in the assumptions and judgment of admissibility of appeals, which directly influenced the conduct of current and future processes. This paper seeks to anticipate some of the difficulties, theoretical and practical, that legal professionals found in the application of the procedures established in the new code, bringing weightings should be considered for understanding the science base sought by the legislature. The low number of papers or literature on the subject highlights the need to better study the issue, which is related to the constitutional promise of reasonable duration of the process.
