Natural ventilation rates through openings are predicted based on connected value of resistance coefficients and wind pressure coefficients. The former values can be obtained from the chamber method, and the latter values, from the wind tunnel test with a sealed building. In the cross-ventilation phenomena, however, the connected values of resistance coefficients of each opening are larger than real situation. It is also questionable that the wind pressure coefficients of a sealed building can be really applied to real buildings.
