ABSTRACT. The classes of univalent prestarlike functions R,>-i, of Ruscheweyh [i] and a certain generalization of Rwere studied recently by Ai-Amlrl [2]. The author studies, aong other things, the classes of p-valent functions R ( + p i) where p is a positive integer and is any integer with + p> 0. The author shows in particular that R ( + p) R ( + p i) and also obtains the radius of R ( + p) for the class R ( + p- i)
