In recent years, environmental issues such as global warming and air pollution have been getting more consideration. Therefore, vehicle industry is required to reduce gas emission from vehicles. The requirement is to present a vehicle society, vehicle builder to develop a fuel cell electric vehicles, hybrid vehicle etc. This research focuses on establishment of simulation method for vehicle’s electrical system and improvement of using efficiency of energy in vehicles by simulation. The results of simulation are compared with practical measurement results. In the result, this simulation model can provide high accuracy. The behavior of vehicle’s electric system can be evaluated by this simulation model without actual tests. 1
