Leadership in the organization is a factor that determines the success or failure of an organization in achieving its objectives. Hence the need for in-depth study mengenail it, this study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership dimension to employee performance. Exploratory research methods used by respondents all employees of PT Oto Multiartha Branch Bandung. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that situational leadership proved to be shaped by the author's dimensions, coaching, participation and delegation.
