Abstract:Cyllopsis emiliaChacón and Nishida, a new satyrine species, is described from a single male speci-men from Cerro de la Muerte, San José, Costa Rica. This new species can be distinguished from other species of Cyllopsisby its white coloration. Key words:Cyllopsis emilia, Cerro de la Muerte, Chusquea, high altitude, Neotropical, taxonomy. Rev.
