Case studies from at Harvard University, Thunderbird University and Cranfield University (UK) were employed as research tools, for undergraduate and MBA students for 20+ years. Since 1996, internet research added much to the learning. There is a surging need in today’s job market, for marketing research and global e-commerce skills. Global E-Commerce course was offered in an undergraduate business program. Marketing Research course was offered in an MBA class. Real-world examples were utilized and applied in class wherever applicable. Students did final projects individually or in a team, by employing case studies via library and internet search.
