The purpose of this note is to try to find necessity for famous theorems on univalency and convexity by using the Poisson formula. In Section 1, such theorems are stated. Section 2 is devoted to studying the radius of univalence for several theorems, and the radius of convexity for the theorems is investigated in Section 3. Several results are improved in Section 4. 1
