The author conducted research in selected Estonian companies to discover how employee attitudes might be influencing organizational learning in Estonian organizations during the process of economic transition. Individual activity among employees could be predicted according to their level of satis-faction with the leadership, information and the job itself. The general perception of the usefulness of change among employees can also indicate how active a role they might assume. Their willingness to collaborate could be predicted according to employee job satisfaction and satisfaction with the leadership.
