Abstract- Recent technological developments in the mobile field along with the improvements in phone figurations provided mobile phones with the potential to become a learning tool of the future. As a result of these improvements including rich multimedia capabilities linked by highly accessible communication networks, mobile phones turned out to have a large base of users. This revolution removes time and location boundaries making anywhere, anytime learning possible.
