ABSTRACT: In many analytical procedures, fast and reliable analysis technique is required. The development of HPLC stationary phases were in line with these goals. To achieve these goals of fast and efficient analysis, work was focused on reducing particle size of packing materials. Therefore, the development of superficially porous silica particles provided a new approach with overwhelming operating results to insure fast and reliable analysis at decreased system back pressure values.
