M88081) The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 152 Operating License No. DPR-35 for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power amendment is in response to your application dated October to Facility Station. This amendment removes the low condenser vacuum scram and reduces the turbine first stage setpoint at which it is permissible to bypass the turbine control valve fast closure and the turbine stop valve closure trip (scram) signals.
