amendments are in response to yaw request dated January 15, 197S. The amedment incorporates into the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications changes to the reporting requirements. Changes to your proposal were necessary to meet our requirements. These have been discussed with your staff. The technical specifications are based on Regulatory Guide 1.16, "Reporting of Operating Information- Appendix A Technical Specifications", Revision 4.
