Abstract: The Distributed Video Coding (DVC) which has the feature of simple encoding and complex decoding can solve the problems that occur when Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) nodes process and compress information in the resource-constrained conditions. Transitional Wyner-Ziv distributed video coding scheme adopting regional unified coding, may lead to the distortion problem of decoding estimation of the intense motion region.
