The State Water Resources Control Board has drafted the attached regulations i n respnse to the requirements of Health and Safety Code Section 25268.2(a). The regulations essentially contain the standards and procedures for counties and/or c i t i e s to develop and implement permit programs for underground storage tanks storing hazardous substances.
