Three topics in constituent hadron models are reviewed: the connection between fixed angle and Regge behavior, the validity of the hard scattering expansion and restrictions on the effects of the transverse momentum of Constituents, and the x-distribution in the fragmentation region at low trans-verse momentum. In this talk I would like to restrict myself to a brief discussion of three topics: (A) connections between fixed angle scattering and Regge theory, (B) the validity of the hard scattering expansion and possible internal motion of constituents, and (C) the x-distributions of beam fragments at low trans-verse momentum.
