Women are considered to be the force that develops and drive the future generation in the smallest organization, which is the family. Decades before women were mostly sticking to the nourishment and development of their children and family alone. But in the last few decades or more we can see more women coming up in the social scenarios and taking up leadership roles that match or even excel that of men in the same roles. This paper gives an insight into two women’s life journey of role enlargement and how they stood up for social causes in their own respective countries.
