I believe that the sooner children begin to develop their literacy, the better. The literacy process has already begun at home, and in kindergarten, it is a matter of continuing it by exposing children to print in richly illustrated children’s books, as soon as they come to school. In addition, I believe in providing kindergarten children with many opportunities to be writers of their own texts.
