Graduation date: 1998The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions of participants involved\ud in one community college's strategic planning process in which faculty, administrators, and\ud staff at all levels of the organization were encouraged to participate. Data were collected\ud through direct observation, focus group interviews, analysis of institutional documents, and\ud a pen and paper questionnaire.
