The intention of this article is to provide the reader with a general overview of the discussion of today’s business and economic model that is told us to lay the foundations of the concurrent E-Age. To try to shed light on the ongoing debate, this article starts off with an overview of electronic business models. This is followed by an illustration of some of the new-economy positions and offering a critical review towards these models. The last paragraph, before summarizing this article, aims to combine the some of the existing problem of the E-Age.
