Abstract: Residential Foreclosures in Kent County have become commonplace in the past few years. In this project, we hope to analyze data on foreclosures since 2004 to learn more about the mounting crisis, with the hope that we can identify neighborhoods at risk of foreclosures and its associated consequences.
