The Creation of an Enabling Environment for Poverty Reduction- Can Zambia’s Political System Deliver the Goods?

Since the beginning of the year 2000 Zambia has been focusing its development efforts on poverty reduction. The Interim-PRSP was adopted in that year and two years later the „Zambia Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper 2002- 2004 “ wa
