COURSE DESCRIPTION: In this diversified class, we’ll explore Vancouver, Washington’s most historic sites, and you’ll develop dozens of ideas that will energize history, science and art activities across the curriculum in K-12 classrooms. We’ll begin with a visit Fort Vancouver, where we’ll learn the history of the Hudson’s Bay Company, and then we’ll tour the historic homes of Officer’s Row. We’ll also discover hidden history with a visit to the Clark County Historical Museum before concluding with a tour of the Pearson Air Museum. The materials and museum fees for this class should not exceed $20 to be paid at class
