It focuses on the approach of the Campbell Collaboration, an international research organisation, founded in February 2000, with a mission to prepare, maintain and promote the accessibility of systematic reviews of the effects of social interventions. The report identifies key research teams using this approach and their work, emerging issues in the methods of systematic reviews, and recommendations to the Social Care Institute for Excellence
