How Do People Use Security in the Home

This paper investigates home security. How much people know about security and how they use it. Six person were interviewed and observed how they use computer especially in relation to how they handled the security features. What was found, was that the main basics and terms were mostly known to everyone. They were avoiding using security, if it brings too much trouble to them. Many users have nowa-days wireless network connection, which have encryption enabled. Users have anti-virus and firewall softwares in-stalled to their computers, and they work fine. Private mail is not kept so vulnerable for attacked that they would use encrypted mail
