Abstract: This paper presents an accounting model and some tariff models to charge IP network services on the basis of a per-usage approach. This work has been carried out in the framework of the WHYLESS.COM project1 The network scenario of the WHYLESS.COM project is constituted by the "Open Mobile Access Network " paradigm. Such paradigm is not yet another mobile radio access network but rather a new platform where electronic work and business can be conducted. This novel platform needs to be based on a non-expiring and transparent technology in order to give service and application developers
