The present paper reviews one of the most interesting research issues of Paleoanthroplogy, the early human migration from their original homeland Africa to Eurasia. We discuss various evidences of human presence outsie Africa and we shall seek for the answers for the questions like by whom, when and where the first wave of migration “Out of Africa ” happened.
