The implementation of TCAD process and device simulators as well as SPICE modeling and simulation of electrical properties of bipolar transistor for analysis of experimental results is presented. A unique insight into the internal bipolar transistor structure operation allows for analysis of electro-physical behavior and optimization of semiconductor structure. The advantage of the application of various simulation tools in microelectronics curricula for better understanding of IC and systems on circuit and device levels is clearly seen
