In advanced Generation IV (fast) reactors an integral fuel cycle is envisaged, where all Heavy Metal is recycled in the reactor. This leads to a nuclear fuel with a considerable content of Minor Actinides. For many of these isotopes the nuclear data is not very well known. In this paper the sensitivity of the kinetic behaviour of the reactor to the dynamic parameters λk, βk and the delayed spectrum χd,k is studied using first order perturbation theory. In the current study, feedback due to Doppler and/or thermohydraulic effects are not treated. The theoretical framework is applied to a Generation IV Gas Cooled Fast Reactor. The results indicate that the first-order approach is satisfactory for small variations of the data. Sensitivities to ...
