Abstract: A data fusion fault diagnosis method of circuit based on D-S evidential theory is presented. Firstly by measuring the temperature and voltage of circuit component, the credit function assignment of two sensors to circuit component is gotten respectively, then the fusion credit function assignment is gotten by using D-S rule, lastly fault component is found based on fusion data. In the example of photovoltaic radar electronic circuit fault diagnosis, by comparing the diagnosis results based on separate original data and fusion data respectively, it is shown that the data fusion algorithm is more accurate in the circuit fault recognition
